This website. The website shows our work and tells you how to get in touch. It is information, not an offer: the details of any job are agreed with you directly and set out in a written quote. We may change the website at any time.
Photographs and words. The photographs and words on this website are ours, or used with the permission of the people whose homes and buildings they show. Please ask before using any of them elsewhere.
Quotes. Every job starts with a conversation, then a written quote that says what is to be made, from what, and for how much. Prices are in euro. The quote says how long it stands for and how payment is arranged. Work starts once you have accepted the quote.
Changes. If you would like something changed once work has started, tell us and we will say what it means for the price and the time before we go on.
Fitting. We agree the fitting date with you. The room needs to be ready and reachable on the day; if it is not, we will agree a new date.
If something is wrong. Tell us as soon as you can and we will come and look. Anything that is our fault, we put right. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under Irish consumer law.
Your information. How we handle the details you send us is set out on the Privacy page.
These terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies. Last updated 13 October 2026.
